ZAPWATER COMMUNICATIONS BRINGS HOME TROPHY HAUL AT GOLDEN TRUMPETS
Agency Wins Elynore D. Meserow Creativity Award and Three Campaign Awards at the
Publicity Club of Chicago’s 2020 Golden Trumpet Awards
CHICAGO (September 10, 2020) – Zapwater Communications, Inc. walked away with four awards at the Publicity Club of Chicago’s 2020 Golden Trumpet Awards, including the Elynore D. Meserow Creativity Award for its work on Skydeck Chicago. This is the second time the agency has won the prestigious creativity award, including its 2017 work for Icelandair’s “The Windy City Welcomes Icelandair” campaign.
In addition, Zapwater Communications was named a finalist for “Best of Show” for its campaign to raise awareness in the United States for Tourisme Montréal, and Elly Hahn (Senior Publicist) and Lauren Kelly (Publicist) were nominated for “30 Under 30.”
The agency walked away with two Golden Trumpets in the International category for Tourism Montréal’s “Bienvenue a` Montreal” and Visit Finland’s “Rent-a-Finn campaign,” along with one Silver Trumpet for Skydeck Chicago.
PCC is a network of Chicago-area professionals that make up one of the nation’s largest independent public relations membership organizations. The annual Golden Trumpets honors the Midwest and Chicagoland’s most creative and successful public relations campaigns.
