Agency Grows its Consumer Division with Virtual Dining Platform
CHICAGO (February 1, 2020) – Zapwater Communications, Inc. has been retained by Foodhaul for strategic communications support as the Chicago-based platform continues its regional expansion and growth.
Founded in June 2019, Foodhaul is a technology platform that partners with notable chefs to create menus for delivery-only virtual restaurant brands. The concepts are licensed to third-party kitchens and hospitality groups to use their existing, underutilized assets and staff to generate new revenues. Foodhaul also gives its chef partners a platform to establish a presence in new markets and provides consumers with new delivery options. The roster includes Toscana from Chef Fabio Viviani, Smokeheads BBQ from Chef Anthony Bosko, Three Kings Pub and Pluck’d from Chef Dirk Flanigan, along with soup, salad and kid’s options on each menu.
