EAT YOUR HEART OUT LOUIS ARMSTRONG

We're not usually one to brag, but we've run out of space on the Zapwater trophy wall. For the 14th and 15th time since 2008, our agency is honored to announce our work has been recognized for public relations excellence.

On May 6, The Publicity Club of Chicago, the premier communications industry association in Chicago, announced the year's best of the best in Chicago public relations at the 52nd annual Goldent Trumpet Awards.

Zapwater is honored to have won two awards. The agency won a Silver Trumpet for our work on behalf of the Arboretum of South Barrington. “Bringing Lifestyle to the Suburbs,” the campaign increased awareness of the Arboretum of South Barrington’s open-air, pedestrian retail lifestyle center, bringing the community together to shop, dine and entertain.

Zapwater also won a Gold Trumpet for our work on behalf of the American Schools of Flower Design. The campaign, entitled "Flower Power: Coast to Coast," was an all-encompassing PR plan positioning Michael Gaffney’s five Flower School locations as the go-to destinations for floral design, leading to expansion in the Los Angeles, San Diego, and Miami markets.

We'll try not to let these awards go to our heads!
