WELCOME TO ZAPWATER

 

I’ll admit it – I don’t like change. I’m what you’d call “a creature of habit” and rather stuck in my ways, so when I decided to accept a new job, I wasn’t entirely sure how I would adjust.

It’s been a month at Zapwater, and I can honestly say that my mindset has changed. From my first day walking in the doors at Zapwater, I was greeted by such a wonderful group of smart, talented PR practitioners. The office harbors an incredible sense of creativity and teamwork, which is obvious to anyone setting foot in the office. From after work events to PR luncheons, it seems there is always something to do. I’ve always heard PR is not a 9:00a.m. – 5:00p.m. job, and it’s so refreshing to see that workplace energy in reality.

And of course I have to mention the clients! Zapwater represents an array of clients from hospitality, to lifestyle/beauty, and even a growing travel practice. I’m fortunate enough to be able to be specializing in home and design and hospitality, both long-term passions of mine.

All in all, the first month at Zapwater has been a wonderful experience. With an amazing team of coworkers and fantastic clients, I’m excited to see what the future will bring. Oh, and for a fro-yo addict like me, it certainly doesn’t hurt that the ice cream truck regularly shows up unexpectedly in the middle of the day ☺
