CLIENT HAPPENINGS: Chicago Welcomes Veggie Grill!

We’re excited to get a little taste of sunny California in our cold Chicago! Opening its first Chicago location, and the first in a series of expansion outside of the West Coast, Veggie Grill recently laid its roots at 614 W. Diversey Parkway in the Lakeview neighborhood in mid-February.

Veggie Grill’s Lakeview location features a craveable menu with bold flavor profiles made from 100% veggies, fruits, grains, seeds and nuts. The culinary team will unveil a line-up of Veggie Grill favorites including burgers and sandwiches, tacos and burritos, entrée salads, bowls and more. Veggie Grill favorites such as the VG Beyond Burger, Santa Fe Crispy Chickin’ sandwich, Rustic Farm Bowl and the Mediterranean Supergreens Salad will be available along with the restaurant’s seasonal menu. Veggie Grill innovates the menu four times a year with seasonal celebrations.
